Zim's Theme Songs
From: DanniB
Song: "Flagpole Sitta" Artist: "Harvy Danger" Album:Where Have All The Merrymakers Gone-It's all about a cynical look on the world and how paraniod it can make you.
Song:"Spread your wings" Artist: "Queen"- With altered lyrics (changing the name Sammy to Zimmy) it fits Zim's quest to make a name for himself
Song: "Papercut" Arist: "Linkin Park" Album: Hybrid Theory-Mostly about paranioa, which fits Zim to a T
Song: "Myself" Arist: "Linkin park" Album: Hybrid Theory- Also about paranioa but about lonliness as well.

Song: "King Nothing" Artist: "Metallica" Album: Load-This song is about a person wanting desperately to have everything he desires so much, that it'll end up costing him something. I think of Zim, since the song can be look upon the megalomaniac's point of view.

Dib's Theme songs
From: FFFFarms
Song: "Aliens Exist" Artist: "Blink 182" Album: Enema of the State- This song is one of my favorites. It reminds me of Dib alot. I'm writing a story with a character who's almost exactly like dib and this song pertains to the both of them really well.

Song: "Sick Cycle Carousel" Artist: "Lifehouse" Album: No Name Face- The lyrics to this song capture the addiction of chasing Zim and the evergoing cycle it leads to.
Song: "Amigone" Artist: "Googoo dolls" Album: Dizzy Up The Girl- More fitting for the show itself but it fits in for the stuggle Dib goes through against Zim
From:Nicole
Song: "Mission 2000" Artist: "Chris Cornell" Album: M:I2 Soundtrack-This is a solo song by the front man to one of the Grunge Era's leading bands, Sound Garden. I choose this theme song for Dib because he is on a mission to expose Zim and the tone of the song fits the tone for his character.

Gaz's Theme Songs
From: DanniB
Song: "Personal Space invader" Artist: "Sugar ray" Album: 14:59- She just wants to be left alone
From:Nicole
Song: "Rainy Day Parade" Artist: "Jill Sobule" Album:Mystery Men Sountrack-Jill Sobule is best remembered for her song "Supermodel" in the movie Clueless. I can't explain why this song fits Gaz, but it just does.

G.I.R.'s Theme Songs
From:Nicole
Song: "Shiny Happy People" Artist: "R.E.M. f/the B-52's" Album:Unknown-Come on, admit it, you get all silly and dance along to this old 80's classic. It's a fun-loving, silly, quirky little song that GIR would just be SO DARN CUTE dancing to.
The Show Songs
From:Nicole
Song: "Attitude" Artist: "Metallica" Album:Reload-OK, so sue me, I'm a HUGE fan of Metallica. This song is about having an attitude towards a passion or whatever it suits the song at best. This is a definite song for the show, since it reminds me of the first time I saw Invader Zim, which was on Snick. It should've been playing when Zim and Dib were on top of the school bus, but then again, I don't think Metallica is not that appropriate for a Nick audience (which is mostly made up of little kids, ages 6+).
Song: "The Imperial March (Star Wars") Artist: "Metallica"-Everyone knows about this little ditty...the guys occasional perform this cover live and thanks to Ktulu's Outpost, I was able to retrieve the Mp3 file of it. This reminds me of Invader Zim because of, well, Operation: Impending Doom II and Zim himself and his quest to rule Earth.
